10097-1 Bios: Dell Mih61r Mb

I’m working on a Dell system (often an Inspiron 620 or Vostro 260) with the motherboard. I think I’m having a BIOS-related problem, and I could use some advice.

The system powers on (fans spin, lights come on), but there’s no display, and I get no POST beeps. I’ve already tried reseeding RAM, removing the CMOS battery for 10+ minutes, and testing with a discrete GPU. No luck—so I’m leaning toward a corrupted or failed BIOS. dell mih61r mb 10097-1 bios
