By integrating a Federated Learning model for failure pattern recognition, a Decentralized Identifier (DID) system for verified mechanic contributions, and a real-time edge-computing interface for live ECU data streaming, EcuHelp 3.0 reduces diagnostic time by an estimated 62% in beta simulations. We present the system architecture, the novel "Reputation-Weighted Solution Consensus" algorithm, and a security analysis of its off-chain data storage.
