True poder does not conquer the shadow; it illuminates it. You do not fight the darkness with a sword; you turn on the light. When you stop using force against your own mind—stop fighting the addiction, stop battling the anxiety—and instead witness it with compassion, you have accessed power.

Power is the mountain. It does not fight the wind, the rain, or the earthquake. It simply is . And in the long arc of the universe—the one that bends toward justice, truth, and love—power always, always outlasts force.

It is the child of fear, scarcity, and the illusion of separation. When we resort to force, we are unconsciously admitting that we do not have the inner resources to achieve an outcome through attraction or truth.
