Forgetting your password can be frustrating, especially when you need to process payments or manage transactions quickly. Ezetap (now part of the Razorpay group) provides a straightforward process to reset your password for both the Merchant Dashboard and the Ezetap Android POS App .

Tap Verify .

Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

You will be asked to enter your Registered Mobile Number or Email Address . You will be redirected to the login page

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? or Reset Password (exact wording may vary by app version).

Go to the Ezetap Merchant Dashboard login page (usually https://dashboard.ezetap.com or provided by your onboarding email).

Enter your Merchant ID (usually printed on your invoice or given during onboarding). Add @ezetap

Confirm and tap Save .

Open the Ezetap POS App on your device.
