Family And Friends 4 Testing And Evaluation Book Audio Apr 2026
Mia looked at the worksheet. The missing audio described a family’s holiday: What did Dad forget? What did Grandpa catch? Where did little brother hide?
Everyone got full marks. Ms. Rivera smiled and wrote in her evaluation book: “Creativity: 10/10. Teamwork: 10/10. Listening skills: Excellent.”
“Question 4: What did Mia’s dad forget?” Every hand shot up. “Tent poles!”
“The test is about a family trip. My family went to the lake last summer. Your family went to the mountains, Priya. And Leo, your family went to the beach! We each have a real story.” family and friends 4 testing and evaluation book audio
Then Mia had an idea.
So Mia, Priya, and Leo stood at the front of the class. Mia spoke first: “Last July, my dad forgot the tent poles. We had to sleep under the stars!” (The class laughed.)
Ms. Rivera’s eyes lit up. “That’s brilliant. Go ahead.” Mia looked at the worksheet
“Question 5: What did Priya’s grandpa catch?” “An old boot!”
“What do you mean?” Leo asked.
“Question 6: Where did Leo’s little brother hide?” “In a suitcase!” Where did little brother hide
Mia’s best friend, Priya, raised her hand. “Ms. Rivera, can’t we just skip the listening test?”
Leo finished: “My little brother hid inside a suitcase. We searched for an hour!”
Priya continued: “My grandpa caught an old boot. He pretended it was a giant fish!” (More giggles.)
The class listened carefully, just like they would to the CD. Then Ms. Rivera played a new track—her voice reading the same questions from the worksheet.
But this Friday was different.
