Awareness campaigns build the stage, but survivors bring the light. When someone says, “I survived, and here is how,” they do three things:

Behind every statistic is a heartbeat. Behind every awareness ribbon is a reality.
And to the rest of us:
To the survivors carrying the weight of their past but still showing up to speak: 🌹
We often share the numbers—the rates, the risks, the research. But numbers don't hug you back. Numbers don't show you what resilience looks like.
