Move the downloaded file to the root directory of your phone’s internal storage (do not put it inside any folder).
Go to the official VIVO Community or iQOO Support website.
Open Settings → System Management → Software Update .
Search for “iQOO Z9 Turbo firmware” and download the correct Full ROM Package (usually a .zip or .ozip file) for your region.
Tap the three dots (or Settings icon ) in the top-right corner.
The phone will reboot. Do not press any buttons during the installation (takes 5–10 minutes).
Select Local Update or Install from storage .
Locate the firmware .zip file you downloaded and tap it.
Scroll down and tap on System Management .
